Our managing director, Mark Tarry has been in the financial services arena for over 24 years and worked in the property market for some 16 years. Our staff at Haven are vastly experienced and have come from backgrounds such as surveyors, financial advisers and mortgage brokers to progress and help develop the growth of our business.
UK Office:
Based in Altrincham Cheshire, this is our head quarters and think tank. It is from here where we source our carefully selected projects and launch the live developments to agents and clients within the UK.

Specialising in property on the Algarve initially, we aim to expand our offices into other countries and offer a comprehensive rental and / or management business.
Trough our Portuguese office, we market our clients property in order to generate rental income by using web based portals and other forms of channels such as magazines, papers and retail outlets.
We cater for cleaning, laundry and a host of other services rental users may require, whether an airport pick up or provision of a cot, we are committed to making a holiday tenant's stay welcoming and memorable.
We actively promote repeat business and referrals.
Mortgage Desk
Once clients have found their property, or clients wishing to remortgage an existing overseas property, we are well positioned and experienced to broker a deal that is both competitive and flexible for our clients.
We have access to all major banks and can carry out comparisons to ensure a fair deal is gained.
